As a working brewery, we will have availability to help on the production side of things as we need and for you to learn brewing on a commercial scale. We also have several growth projects that will see this role become full time eventually.

We try and get to know all of our staff memebers and provide as much flexibility and support as is possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the service on tap room evenings
- Training and motivation for current bar team members inccluding checking in on their mental health regularly
- Good communication with customers from all works of life to keep our family feel alive and well
- Organising and riunning of small events such as quizes or music performances with the help of the other managers
- Managing the ordering levels of bar stock
- Carrying out out stock take schedules
- Cellar management for changing kegs, pressures and beers for perfect pouring
- Maintaining the cleanliness required for the brewery from the tap room side

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
