**What do you'll do**
We're looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our well-established Facilities team as a Facilities Co-ordinator at our Exeter office.
If you already have some experience in this field and are seeking that next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on supervisory responsibility, managing a team of six across our offices.
is highly varied with no two days being the same - you will lead on Health & Safety support for all of our offices, working closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure compliance. You'll also be responsible for managing all facilities tasks around new starters, managing office supply levels and liaising with building management and external maintenance contractors on essential works and checks, amongst several other day to day activities.
We will provide you with plenty of training and development opportunities from day one, offering real scope for progression.
This is a full time, permanent position and you will need to be able to attend the Exeter office every day, as well as have access to a vehicle to visit other office sites as and when required.
**Who you are**
You will be someone who is ready to take a step up in their career, having already gained experience in a Facilities role, ideally in a professional services environment. Existing experience of dealing with workplace Health & Safety matters is also beneficial.
We will offer you variation and responsibility - in return you will need to be highly organised and one step ahead at all times in order to support our Facilities Manager with the smooth running of a busy and well-respected Facilities function. You will be a natural team player and strong communicator, able to work alongside others to deliver an excellent service to the business. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
**Why join Team Ashfords?**
Ask our people, and they will tell you that they genuinely enjoy coming to work and spending time with their colleagues.
We're confident that once you discover our open and friendly culture, it won't take long for you to feel the same.
We have a genuine team approach at Ashfords because we know that when talented people work together, we achieve more for our clients and each other.
We also recognise that each of our career journeys is unique. So, we will be ambitious for you and give you the support you need to develop your career, your way.
Importantly, we will give you the space and flexibility for your life outside work too.
Our goal? To help you realise your full potential as part of a forward-thinking team and business.
That's what sets us apart.
**Our offer**
