Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager - Soft Services

**Salary**: £35,000-£40,000 DOE + bonus, company car & fuel card, laptop, and smartphone
Location: To cover several distribution centres across the Midlands but also covers Bristol and Middlesbrough.

Our client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities Sector who are achieving outstanding growth.
As a result they are now looking to recruit a new position of Regional Manager to be responsible for cleaning, catering, and security across several distribution centres in and around the above areas

**Key responsibilities will include: -**
- Responsible for the effective management of a team of Site Managers across each Distribution site.
- Create and develop effective long-term relationships with clients, through regular contact and ensure positive feedback regarding Customer Service
- To lead, motivate and develop people using the available skills and resources, identifying developmental needs, setting objectives, and evaluating performance for all the team
- Ensure recruitment of team members in accordance with our clients Company’s recruitment procedure and terms and conditions of employment
- To ensure all HR policies, procedures and guidance are followed in respect of all employees
- To review cleaning standards, people structures & levels, productivity, and compliance documentation
- To facilitate the required equipment, consumables, and chemicals orders to sustain the operation within budget
- Regularly audit and review the client contract with a view to increasing productivity and profitability whilst ensuring contract specific KPI’s are consistently exceeded
- To ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to and all appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained i.e., risk assessments, method statements etc.
- Accountability for achieving budgeted performance on materials, equipment, and labour
- A 'lowest cost to operate’ approach to exceed financial targets where possible
- Lead the team with inspiration, enthusiasm and by example
- Proven experience in managing large multi-site teams in soft services
- An effective communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and their own staff and who has a strong work ethic.
- A multi-site management background, within a Retail / Hospitality / Leisure fast paced environment
- Able to successfully manage several priorities
- Positive, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Results driven & gets things done
