My client is an industry leading provider of specialist finance training courses, they supply world class courses to a global bluechip client list.

The company is now adding to its team as part of its next phase of growth and due to its on-going success, the position of E-Marketing Co-ordinator has become available for a talented professional that is keen to further enhance our e-marketing operations.

- Automation / workflows
- Implement improvements based on results of A/B testing E-Shot Template Development & Testing
- Design high quality, modern e-shot templates that adhere to industry standard but are also unique and on-brand
- Maintain & monitor workflows and automation, and proactively seek out areas for improvement Behaviour & Segment Analysis
- Ensure that templates used and segmentation options are correct
- Monitor campaign performance Daily and Weekly Reporting
- Preparing weekly reports on contact engagement and campaign activity
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis when required
- Using reports and data to improve deliverability rates, open rates, click throughs Additional Duties
- You will be called upon to perform analysis against all facets of the business on an adhoc basis, and present your findings to the E-Marketing Manager, Managing Director and wider team
- Planning and rotating sending domains / IPs in a strategic / scientific manner to maximise deliverability efforts
- Monitoring Health - reputation scores, blacklists & managing delist enquiries
- Sourcing and buying new sending domains when required
- Project managing the implementation of new sending domains / IP addresses when bought Expectations
- You will be expected to work effectively under pressure
- You will be expected to understand and be familiar with modern e-marketing including deliverability and engagement issues
- You will be highly organised, and efficient with your planning
- You will be expected to be proactive
- You are expected to have high attention to detail, be able to spot and resolve mistakes if and when they arise
- You are expected to be a problem solver - if you spot a problem, put a solution forward to resolve it
- You will be expected to be proficient in analytical skills. This role requires a great deal of thought and understanding of what is going on with our campaigns
- You will be able to work quickly and accurately
- You will be required to be authoritative, and confident in leading a team
- You will be an effective listener and a clear communicator
