This Beauty Technology online retail business who offer the largest selection of safe, clinically proven electrical health and beauty products in the world. Their devices mimic the on-site technology used in treatments by professionals in salons, spas, andclinics for people to use in their own home.
They are the first company to recognise one of the fastest-growing trends in the world of beauty.
They have rapidly grown over the last 3 years, launching 16 international websites and successfully selling and distributing products to over 122 countries worldwide. They represent some of the World's top Beauty brands such as L'Oreal, NuFACE and SmoothSkin,leading the way in this niche part of the Industry.
Their products are everywhere, from the red carpet to appearing on The Netflix series Emily in Paris
They pride their self on their company culture, their fun committee are on hand to organise lots of socials, lunch time walks, Friday Breakfast Club, drinks in the onsite bar and much more.
This brand new role will report into the CRM manager, work alongside a CRM exec and will join a rapidly growing marketing team of 13 content, brand, design and social media professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- SMS Marketing to promote products and trading periods
- Work with the wider Marketing team, Buying team and Customer Service to develop campaigns and help support and achieve business targets
- End-to-end campaign delivery, this includes campaign planning, implementation, sourcing copy, liaising with in house Studio and Design team to create bespoke campaign content and ensuring campaigns meet brand guidelines
- Work with other members of the E-CRM team and wider Trading team to co-ordinate campaigns, including scheduling, analysing performance and implementing any test activity
- Create workflows based on customer behaviour, tailored to each international locale
- Own the New Customer journey, focusing on customer acquisition and conversion through behavioural workflows
- Develop a customer acquisition strategy to support international database growth
**The Person**:
- Team player - able to collaborate across internal channel departments
- Some awareness, experience and understanding of a CRM channel
- Organised and time management - prioritisation of own workload and that of the teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and self-motivated
- Ability to review campaign performance and make educated decisions for future
- Perform well under pressure and be able to react quickly to events
- Experience in the beauty / luxury industry is desirable
- Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable
