We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Head Concierge to join our highly successful team here at the The Soho Hotel.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, your main priority will be to help run the daily operation of the concierge desk, overseeing all the arrivals and departures to the hotel, and manage all guest requests in an efficient and proactive way.

This is a hands-on, operational role and will suit someone who likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people in a down to earth setting. This will include answering any incoming calls, helping guests with their luggage, reacting and adhering to guest requests and assisting with the check ins and check outs.

Working four on, four off; 8am - 8pm. Weekend work will be required.
