We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to help manage the day-to-day running of our services in Misterton, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities with all aspects of their lives.
We are looking for people to join us to help achieve our aim of delivering a truly person-centred support service. In this role you will support the Registered Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a staff team and your duties will include staff supervision and team meetings.
Rose Meadows is a Residential Service for up to 8 Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. The people we support at Rose Meadows have a variety of different needs including communication, mobility and sensory. The team at Rose Meadows work closely with the people we support to be an integral part of the community as well as achieving goals set out with input from themselves to encourage active participation within their care. The team here at Rose Meadows are always open to try new ways of supporting the people we support and strive to work on their independence skills, to reduce physical intervention requirements and to promote self-efficiency and overall wellbeing.

Ideally you will hold an NVQ / SVQ 3 or a QCF level 3 award certificate or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have relevant experience preferably within the relevant field. You will have supervisory responsibilities therefore previous management/supervisory experience is essential.
In this role you will be required to be highly flexible providing management support to staff and person-centred approaches to the people who use our service.
