We are seeking a Stores Person who will take deliveries, manage stock and carry out general maintenance duties at our manufacturing facility in Worle, North Somerset. The role will include receiving and dispatching goods for our operational technology programmes, identifying components for inspection, performing regular stock checks to ensure stock accuracy, creation and packaging of production kit boxes, and to ensure the stores area is kept in a safe and tidy manner.

**Our Stores Person role will be based from our manufacturing facility in Worle. They will**:

- Adhere to health & safety procedures and ensure the stores area is kept safe, tidy and secure
- Liaise with the procurement and engineering teams in order to manage ingoing and outgoing goods
- Work closely with the Production manager / Team Leader
- Be flexible within the Manufacturing facility

**Key responsibilities**
- Take receipt of deliveries and store in a methodical and tidy manner
- Take stock checks
- Organise for goods out and carry out packaging of goods
- Keep stores safe, clean and tidy
- Work with the production team manager to understand schedule of material/goods movements
- General maintenance activities across the production facility and occasionally main office

**About you**
- Previous experience as a stores/yard/handy person beneficial. Initiative to work alone as well as successfully within a team
