The focus of this role is to provide an over-arching function that will co-ordinate operations across 2 client sites, being involved in daily operations, Continuous Improvement, Quality, HSE and Training ensuring a ‘Best in Class’ service to our clients.

The Contracts Supervisor needs to build and lead a flexible and agile team that can adapt to the demands of our growing business as it moves forward.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain client relationships on site via daily check ins with key contacts on site collaborating with Operations Manager for contracts to establish.
- Manage and coordinate teams and work allocation over two sites on a daily basis.
- Performance monitoring of KPI’s for each team in terms of output per team per discipline, these KPI’s will provide senior management team with a clear dashboard of the performance for each team’s disciplines.
- Quality check/ auditing - responsible for cyclical stock checks and any investigation of stock shortages vs wms, ensure the wms stock is accurate when compared with physical stock. Contribute to the continuous improvement culture within on logistics.
- HSE responsibilities will include near miss reporting, issuing toolbox talks, regularly review work areas for potential risks, accident reporting.
- Ensure the wms stock is accurate when compared with physical stock.
- Over checking of goods being despatched - to ensure the highest quality levels are achieved.
- Professionally represent our company at all times when on site / client facing.
- Perform quarterly 121 with each member of the team, including giving regular effective feedback and coaching to get the best out of our people and recognise individual contribution and effort.
- Assess potential business opportunities and report back to the senior management team with these items.
- Training and development - ensure your team’s training plan is kept up to date, documented and is in line with on logistics and client expectations. If there are shortfalls in individual training plans through development areas or new starters, to adapt these plans individually as required.
- Co-ordination of holidays and shift rotas to ensure service levels are maintained, monitoring and correct reporting of lateness or sickness absence within the team.
- Uphold the Company's core values and be a role model to the team.
- Develop effective communications within the Supervisor and Management community to promote best practice across the business.
- Self-Manage own time, priorities, resources and responsibilities to meet and exceed targets.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
