What you'll do
- Manage Rent reviews and Lease Renewals for the business, working with our external property agents to achieve the best outcomes for the company
- Property Management - work cross functionally with colleagues to resolve any property management issues that arise in our estate
- Contribute to the management of our ambitious refit program
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Are a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Have experience in property management
- Are computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas and opportunities
- Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Have the proven ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively
- Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
- Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
- Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
- Are supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Property team at Greggs as an Estates Management Surveyor. As Estates Management Surveyor you will contribute to the continued growth of the company.
