**Maintenance Administrator**

**Salary: £25,000-£27,000 DOE**

**Location** Aylesford

**Hours**:Monday
- Friday 8:30am-5pm ( 4pm finish on Fridays)

My well established drainage client who has recently become a part of a franchise is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Administrator who has experience working with scheduling engineers and has strong administrative skill who is looking for a fast paced environment where you will never fall short of duties to complete. My client has made £15Million profit in the last year and thrive throughout the colder and wetter periods of the year. This role will require for you to come from the building services, engineer scheduling, water industry, utilities or M&E background.

You will be an independent and organised individual who can manage their time effectively to ensure all administrative duties are completed by the deadline. You will be scheduling trucks in for drop offs but also engaging with engineers to ensure they are compliant to carry out jobs. My client offers fantastic training and has a smooth sailing onboarding process with regular career progression staying within operations or heading into commercial.

Duties of the Maintenance Administrator:

- manage and schedule diaries for truck drop offs within a certain amount of time and ensure you have collected the engineers report for compliance checks
- have attention to detail when completing booking forms which need to be added to files and have them within date order
- complete health and safety tickets for engineers and provide them with suitable PPE and Gloves to complete drop off
- manage the booking system for PPE & gloves along with the booking system for equipment taken for jobs by engineers
- Make sure engineers are up to date with certain procedures and have relevant qualifications and certification to carry out jobs
- rebook training if not

Requirements and experience of this Maintenance Administrator:

- experience with the utilities is preferred however experience working with building services or M & E is suitable
- experience working and booking in engineers or trucks
- experience working within fast paced environment while having attention to detail
- organised to complete all prioritised workload
- excellent communication skills is required
- IT literate
