**About the Role**:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the heart of our store, helping customers find their perfect pieces while ensuring our displays look their best. Your role will involve handling transactions, offering product advice, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that makes Emma Bridgewater special. You will be part of a team that values togetherness, care, and energy, making every visit to our shop a delightful experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing outstanding customer service, assisting with enquiries, and offering knowledgeable advice on our products.
- Processing cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Handling product returns and processing refunds where necessary.
- Keeping our shop looking its best by arranging displays, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
- Supporting product launches and promotions by showcasing new collections and recommending products.
- Managing stock inventory and reporting any issues to management.
- Answering telephone enquiries and processing orders over the phone.
- Opening and closing tills and ensuring financial transactions are recorded correctly.
