**About the role**

As our Finance Administrator, you will play a critical role in achieving excellent Payment Practice performance standards and driving overall best practice, across all Operating Companies.

You will establish strong and effective working relationships with colleagues across the division, to maintain the highest standards of financial accuracy.

Your core responsibilities will involve; managing the end-to-end process of raising requisitions through to confirming delivery of goods/services, invoice query resolution, improving automated invoice matching and other duties associated with the AP/R2PTeams.

- Self-motivated and able to prioritise work to tight deadlines without supervision
- Flexible and adaptable with ability to learn quickly
- Ability to report & analyse data accurately and identify actions required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role using accounting systems is essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced, high-volume environment is desirable
- Strong IT skills including all Microsoft Packages, especially Microsoft Excel
