**THE ROLE**
**Finance Team Administrator - Aberdeen**
This role is within the internal finance team based in the Aberdeen office. The finance team administrator will be responsible for all day-to-day banking matters.
Key responsibilities
- Administration for all bank users and accounts
- Liaising with the bank to deal with queries
- Monitor daily cash balances and cash transfers as appropriate
- Opening and closing bank accounts
- Transitioning acquisitions across to the group banking platform
- Client bank account reconciliations
- Assist with rolling cash forecast analysis
- Mandate management
- Credit card management
Experience and skill set required for the role
- Proactive self-starter with ability to problem solve
- Organising and prioritising work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of IT literacy, including strong Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
