Principal Customer Trainer

**The Opportunity**:
- All applicants must be willing to undergo Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks and undertake Care of Trainees (CoT) Training.**What you will do**:

- Implement the development and delivery of training to staff.
- Liaise effectively with Internal Departments, Customers and End Users.
- Development and dissemination of professional standards within the Training environment.
- Conduct needs assessments in order to recommend appropriate design solutions and strategies.
- Use an instructional design and development process appropriate for a given project.
- Direct and Implement evaluation and change strategies.
- Direct and Implement training planning and preparation strategies.
- Direct and deliver training/education to all levels of target audience.
- Direct and deliver the assessment of all training/education to confirm assimilation.
- Direct and deliver mentoring/coaching to all instructional staff.
- Development and dissemination of professional standards within the Training environment.
- Conduct planning and analysis for training/education courses.
- Conduct design and development of training courses.
- Conduct evaluation and implement change to training courses.
- Plan, prepare and deliver training courses.

- You must have:
- Course Design Qualification (Level 3 NVQ) or a recognised higher or equivalent.
- A flexible and pragmatic approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of Electronic Warfare Operational Support or Electronic Warfare.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

It would be nice if you have (any of the following):
- Train the Trainer (TTT) course (Level 4 NVQ) or a recognised higher or equivalent qualification/course.
- Recognised Teaching qualification, minimum of AET Level 3.
- A working knowledge and understanding of the JSP-822 DSAT process or equivalent.
