**Resourcing and Talent Adviser (1 year FTC)**

**Manchester City Centre - Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days from home**

**£26,500 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits**

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Resourcing and Talent Adviser for a not-for-profit company in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include:

- Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns
- Develop job descriptions
- Arrange recruitment advertising
- Work closely with line managers to develop recruitment plans
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Producing reports
- Arranging venues for assessment centres and testing
- Producing offer letters and contracts
- Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure onboarding is completed
- Proven track record of delivering recruitment campaigns
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Great organisational ability and attention to detail

**Salary**: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

35 hours per week, flexitime

30 days holiday
