**VACANCIES**:
The role

We are seeking to appoint an Evening Cover Assistant to help support music practise out of the school day and act as liaison between external hirers.

Main duties:

- To assist in the evening care of pupils, enabling students to continue their music practise under supervision.
- To support the school’s programme of external lettings. These include commercial hire bookings of the school facilities, in particular acting as a liaison between the school and Berkshire Music Trust.

Based in the Music Centre during the evenings Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 5.00-9.00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 4.00-9pm (18 hours).

- A calm confident manner
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- To be a good team member who can work on their own initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- An interest in being part of the school community
- Basic IT skills
