Q1 Care are looking to recruit a **Domiciliary Carer **within our community to join our close-knit team working across West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.

We are looking for a **Domiciliary Carer**, with various shift patterns including availability in the morning (7am-12pm) and/or in the evening (5pm-10:30pm). Our Domiciliary Carer would also have the flexibility to work one weekend a month.

The **Domiciliary Carer** role is community based and involves supporting and caring for vulnerable and elderly people who want to continue living independently at home to help them feel safe and happy. The **Domiciliary Carer** includes personal care, meal preparation, medical assistance, and companionship.

- Be able to treat our clients with the dignity, privacy and respect they deserve.
- A caring and compassionate nature and a willingness to help and support others.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and without supervision.
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- A current UK driving license and your own car to travel to client’s homes.
- The ability to obtain a clean, enhanced DBS check.
- A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
