Product Delivery Support Specialist

As a **Delivery Support Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will support our internal Product Delivery Team and work closely with the development, quality assurance, and operations teams to provide hands-on support throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure that our teams can work efficiently and effectively.
You will act as first-line support, triaging all issues and queries to the Product Delivery Team. You will be responsible for raising development tickets. You will also assist our software testers in running regression across all products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, escalate, and resolve issues related to product issues and queries.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed product documentation of troubleshooting steps. Update knowledge bases and contribute to best practice guides for development teams.
- Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing using issue tracking systems, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified and fixed defects do not reoccur in subsequent releases.
**Requirements**:
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

**You will be required to work from our Skelmersdale office a minimum of once a week.**
**This role would be perfect for someone looking to progress into a Software Testing or Product role.**
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
