**About the Role**
**We are looking for someone who can.**
- Plan and coordinate a wide range of events
- Research and select suitable venues, vendors, and service providers.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget.
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment rental.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure their participation in events.
- Ensuring all CPD sessions are registered and that qualifying attendees are able to collect their CPD points
- Attend events and manage on-site logistics, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring events plans are kept up to date, using a project management tool
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
