**Ribby Hall Village Wedding & Events department is looking for a Planner to join the amazing team of customer service specialists.  **

We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer care, whilst going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

**The main duties of the role will be**:

- Showcasing the newly refurbished venue and liaising with clients to establish their precise wedding, event, or conference requirements
- Taking every opportunity to promote our venue and our service to increase sales and revenue
- Producing detailed quotes, contracts and invoices for conferences, events, and weddings
- Organisational and multi-tasking skills are key to this role
- As a member of the planning team, you will be involved in the coordination of events and conferences to ensure the success and delivery is beyond guest expectations
- Maximising personal & company targets
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with departments across the Village and external businesses associated with Ribby Hall Village

** Salary**:We are proud to offer competitive salaries in excess of the National Minimum Wage.

**Availability**:This role is full-time offering 40 hours over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.

This role requires weekend working. Availability to work 4 weekend days out of 8 per month is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
