Now, we’re on the lookout for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join one of our front of house teams.

As a Receptionist, your smile is the first thing our guests see on arrival and the last thing they see when they leave. You’ll provide every customer with an enjoyable, seamless experience from booking to check out. A brilliant team player, you’ll have excellent planning and organisational skills - and know your way around a computer, too.

As a Receptionist you’ll:

- **Create a welcoming atmosphere** for our customers
- **Be passionate **about providing great customer service, dealing effectively and efficiently with any special requests
- **Work closely with the housekeeping team **to make sure every area of the site is impeccable.
