An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at Rossett Hall Hotel. The property consists of Georgian Mansion tastefully extended and improved over time, providing quality with style and comfort.

The property is situated in the quaint village of Rossett near to Wrexham and Chester. The hotel offers 50 modern bedrooms, a restaurant and function space.

Rossett Hall Hotel are currently recruiting to expand the friendly reception team.
- Deal with any guest queries promptly, efficiently and ensure smooth operation of the desk on a daily basis
- Welcoming guests to the hotel, offering knowledge on hotel facilities and local amenities
- Adhering to company brand standards, ensuring personal presentation is immaculate at all times
- Confidently following all check in and check out procedures
- Taking payments for rooms, functions and weddings whilst ensuring all GDPR policies are adhered to
- Cash handling/float counting
- Operation of the switchboard
- Afternoon Tea & Restaurant bookings
- Public Area Cleaning
- Assist with Food and Beverage at busy times
- End of shift banking, ensuring all payments balance
- Observing Health, Safety, Hygiene, C.O.S.H.H, Fire / First Aid Regulations, COVID
- Knowledge of Guestline preferred however not essential as full training will be given
- Cover of Night Shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.54 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
