As our **Night **Luggage Porter** you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.

We are looking for our **Night Luggage Porter**, who:

- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
- Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
- Possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- With previous experience as a **Doorperson / Luggage Porter** preferable

As our **Night Luggage Porter**, you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - this increases with service
- Salary**:£11 per hour** plus great benefits
- ** Shift pattern: 4 On 3 Off and 3 On 4 Off over two weeks (8 pm to 8 am)**:
