Personal Assistant to Director

**JOB SUMMARY**
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Accompanying and supporting the employer during international travel.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Providing logístical and administrative support as needed.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Ensuring personal and professional tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks/Sage is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred.
**Full training will be given but previous experience is preferred.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
