**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly **Front of House Team Member** to join our dedicated team at **The Club by Bamford**, an exclusive private members’ wellness club.

As the first point of contact for our members, you will create a **warm, welcoming, and memorable experience** at every interaction. Confident and personable, you will engage with our members and guests, share your knowledge of our products and services, and uphold the Bamford philosophy to the highest standard.

This is a **fantastic opportunity** for someone with excellent customer service experience and a passion for wellness to thrive in a beautiful, inspiring environment and be an integral part of a team delivering a luxury wellness experience.

The role is based at the** Daylesford Farm** in Gloucestershire and requires transport to get to the site.

**40 hours per week including weekends.**

**SALARY £12.60 per hour.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcome our members with a smile
- Maintain the smooth day-to-day running of reception, registration and payment processing ensuring that all members are greeted, and checked-in/out efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products and Club treatments, classes and recommend confidently and maximise sales & member experience.
- Manage all member bookings, using our online system, whilst guiding members how to manage using the Club app.
- Ensure all PARQ are fully completed.
- Support the FOH Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
- Set up event spaces and host guest/clients.
- Complete staff mandatory training.
- Handle problems that arise in an effective professional manner.
- Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements, as necessary.
- Carry out any other duties required by the FOH Manager.

**SKILLS YOU WILL BRING**
- High standards and a passion for exceeding member expectations.
- A customer service professional, with a positive and bubbly personality and have natural flair for luxury service delivery.
- Excellent communication skill and confident in dealing with issues, escalating to the relevant manager if required.
- Knowledge of a booking system is preferable.
- A strong eye for detail. Proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A high level of written and spoken English is essential.
- Personal appearance is to be of a very high standard at all times.
- While not essential, previous experience in retail is preferred.
