**Senior Quantity Surveyor Required.**

**Job Types: Full-time, Freelance**

**Salary: £450 - £550 per day**

**Location: Warrington**

**Groundworks, Build, Commercial**

My client is one of the world's best specialist civil engineering, construction, and facilities management company. They are known for the innovation, creativity and technological mastery with which we tackle the most complex of projects.

They undertake newbuild and refurbishment schemes as well as long-term contracts to operate and maintain assets and facilities. Their clients include national government, local authorities, transport bodies, hospitals, universities, housing providers, retailersand commercial firms in every sector.

Key responsibilities and Duties include:

- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- Measure and value the work done on site.
- Pay subcontractors.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Select and/or source construction materials
- Write detailed reports as required.

Bachelor's (required)

**Licence/Certification**:
Driving Licence (required)

CSCS (preferred)
