**The role**

The difference our new Senior Quantity Surveyor will make
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with key internal stakeholders, client and suppliers/subcontractors to drive both strategic value and operational excellence through all levelsof the business.

Day to day, you'll provide management and support to Quantity Surveyors for different projects and contracts, you will be doing contract admin, and provide commercial support and expertise to projects being responsible for a range of commercial activities(i.e reviews, change management, compensation, etc.).

**Essential experience**
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Building Services Quantity Surveying or have a general degree in Quantity Surveying
- Sustainable experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Experience in managing business stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables
- Good understanding of day-to-day commercial administration in the Engineering and Construction industries
- Self-motivated
- Excellent generalist commercial experience
- Experience in delivering to project commercial strategy, and to delivering on large and complex contracts and bids
- Experience in supporting large-scale projects and complex change initiatives using appropriate methodologies
- Excellent NEC3 skills
