The role of a Customer Experience Specialist is to service and retain our customer profile. You be responsible for providing our international clients in mainland Europe, a high level of sales aftercare and product account management.

This critical role is central to the success of the business. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound customer service calls within a Service Level targeted by the business requirements.
- Selling the value and benefits of our products.
- Negotiating and overcoming objections from clients.
- Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their needs.
- Following up on callbacks to meet customer’s expectations.
- Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of the product that you are retaining in order to achieve the job requirement.
- Meeting challenging targets.
- Delivering productivity targets.
- Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times.
- Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand.
- Adherence to quality measures in line with OFT regulations.
