Triton Risk Management are seeking to recruit casual Event Security Officers (ESOs) to join our expanding operation within the Leeds City Region.

**About Triton Risk Management**

Triton Risk Management are the specialist risk management arm of the Triton Group, a multi-disciplinary corporate group with interests in multiple sectors and industries. We are an SIA Approved Contractor and are a highly decorated company with accreditations in ISOs 9001; 14001 and 45001; as well as a NASDU Associate Member for the provision of Canine (K9) Services.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**

The Event Security Officer will be expected to possess a front-line SIA Door Supervisor Licence as well as up-to-date First Aid training. Triton Risk Management will, where appropriate, pay for additional training for operatives wishing to specialise in applied security services.

The responsibilities will include:

- Greeting attendees/customers as they enter the venue, whilst conducting ID checks when necessary.
- Conducting searches upon people and upon their possessions, such as bags, when required to do so.
- The monitoring of individuals behaviour both outside of the venue/event space and within the area of the event/confines of the venue.
- The removal of any intoxicated or violent/aggressive individuals from the event through physical and non-physical means.
- The writing of incident reports and other relevant written reports as may be required by the venue; event organiser or Triton Risk Management.
- The conducting of regular patrols, toilet checks and other routine checks within the venue/event space and on its exterior, depending on their deployment.

**Requirements and Terms**
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
- U.K. Driving Licence with access to own transport (Essential)
- First Aid Certificate (Essential)
- Full Checkable 5 Year Employment/Education History for BS:7858 (Essential)
- Level 2 Spectator Safety (preferred)

**Remuneration starts at £12.00 per hour and all operatives will accrue holiday at a pro rata basis to be taken separately (e.g. not rolled-up holiday pay).**

Pay: £12.60-£16.00 per hour
