Our busy Finance Department are looking for a Team Leader to support the Finance Manager as well as assist and supervise the other team members.

Accountabilities include:
Managing Senior/Cashiers, ensuring KPI’s are met, appraisals

Ensuring compliance with SAR accounts rules at all times

Assisting with Management accounts, journal posting and nominal reconciliations

Reviewing and reconciling Debtors and Creditors reports, clearing credit balances

Liaising with proclaim for any reporting improvements/system issues

Liaising with departments and clients regarding accounting transactions and dealing with any queries that may arise and timely response to fee earners’ queries

Assisting with the processing of client and office account transactions

Daily bank reconciliations and incoming BACS allocation if needed

Sales, purchase and control account reconciliation

Managing the Account closure process

Manage and distribution of client matter reports and liaison with fee earners to action client balances

Reviewing office balances

Processing expenses payments

Credit card reconciliations and postings

Management reporting as required

Allocation of payments

Billing and credit notes as required

Manage bank payments and transfers

Query resolution

Dealing with all aspects of Purchase Ledger

Cash collection

Month-end reporting

Managing procedures and setting up new when needed

Recording, billing and monitoring of disbursement invoices received

Staff expenses

Any Adhoc tasks Finance Manager may have

**Salary**: £29,066.19-£35,750.90 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Street: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial accounting: 3 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Street
