Are you proactive, motivated, professional and friendly? We're looking for someone who is passionate and diligent to join our team as an Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative in September 2025.

Working as a great team player, you'll assist your mentor in carrying out grounds work and maintenance to the external parts of Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good grounds maintenance practice.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.

Your day will include:

- Developing skills relevant to grounds maintenance to support the maintenance and standard of our housing stock.
- Understanding health and safety requirements and other relevant legislation and Codes of Practice.
- Being supported by your supervisor and a mentor.
- Attending college and completing all course work on time and to a high standard.
