Helpline Consultant -Remote - Permanent - £22,000 plus commission ARM are delighted to be supporting an esteemed business with the recruitment of a Helpline Consultant on a permanent basis. To deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers via engaging conversations, leading to appointments booked into the advisor team for mortgage and protection advice, whilst remaining GDPR compliant. **Responsibilities**: - To provide great initial generic information concerning mortgage and house buying processes, and pass warm engaged leads in a GDPR-compliant manner to our team of FS Mortgage and Protection Advisors. - To attempt to recontact and rebook appointments that either cancel or do not attend. - Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, Colleagues, Move Consultants, and Negotiators to deliver good customer outcomes. - To ensure all in-house Strike system records are updated throughout the initial transaction stages. - To take personal accountability for improving performance and knowledge through Continuous Professional Development. **Requirements**: - To achieve individual KPI metrics for lead contact rates, and then conversions of specific stages in the funnel and client journey. - Ability to sell the concept of quality mortgage advice and why it is crucial to clients. - To ensure all customers are kept updated and actions taken between booking an advisor appointment and it is completing. - Good communication skills both written and oral.
