As a Service Station Supervisor, you will support ,your Site Manager in leading a team of professional Service Champions, who provide the kind of service that helps to make guests’ journeys better.

WHAT I WILL DO

We are looking for people who are great with other people and always bring out the best in them. As a Service Station Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Supporting your Site Manager with managing all team members to ensure that the station performs at its best, every day.
- Providing a great guest experience through excellent service.
- A variety of roles from serving our customers at the point of sale, to covering the Site Managers days off which involves placing orders, reconciling the daily takings and ensuring the site runs smoothly
- Training and coaching team members to help them perform at their best every day.
- Supporting the Site Manager with there responsibility for the financial management of the station and for health and safety compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
