**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **NEC Supervisor** to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with NEC contract standards. As an NEC Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction quality, compliance, and site supervision to maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Conduct regular inspections and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Verify that all work aligns with the approved design and quality guidelines, and proactively address any non-compliance issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site logs, and documentation of any defects or quality concerns.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and design teams to support smooth project execution, provide updates, and address potential delays or risks.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Clerk of Works, or similar role on NEC-managed projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC contract standards and quality control processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: £26.00-£29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
