**About the Role**
We’re a digital agency based in Edinburgh looking for a **Digital Operations Coordinator** to support our development team and manage ongoing client services. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly - from managing support tickets to coordinating SSL, domain, and cookie policy renewals, as well as overseeing our Google Cloud Platform accounts.

This is an office-based role with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week once you're settled in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and coordinate support tickets with our developers
- Liaise with clients about SSL, domain, and cookie policy renewals
- Maintain records of renewals, contracts, and digital assets
- Support internal tools and general digital operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in or near Edinburgh (this role is primarily office-based)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with both clients and technical teams
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, SSL/domains, or digital tools
- Previous experience in a digital agency or tech environment is a plus

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Exposure to tools like Trello, Jira, or other ticketing/project management systems
- Interest or experience in website management, hosting, or basic web development
