The client I am working with is a leading integrated risk management software solution provider that empowers organizations to anticipate, manage and respond in real-time to strategic and operational risks across the extended enterprise.
The Professional Services team is the industry leader in implementing integrated Risk Management solutions in the **Insurance Market**. The team balances its deep industry experience, technical and Salesforce acumen, and extensive data integration expertise to lead their customers through projects to drive businesses forward.
**Job Summary:
**The Technical Consultant role is one of the most relied upon positions on the team. This person will deliver and contribute across multiple projects building and configuring the system based upon design. Successful execution of the Technical Consultant roleconsists of delivering business requirements, use cases, and overall system development and testing. You complete configuration often times complex that is fully tested and accepted by our customers and promoted into the Production environment. You do thiswithin the budgets and time frames determined by each individual project team.
The Technical Consultant advises the project team on product capabilities, configuration requirements, and contributes to design based on our product offerings. They often handle architectural and technical challenges for our customers finding solutions withthe product.
**Your current skillset will include**:

- 4+ years technical work experience within an implementation team
- Client facing experience gathering requirements, translating business process to design documentation specifications and use cases.
- **Industry experience within Insurance or Claims Industry is a must**:

- Oracle database experience including 2+ years SQL scripting would be ideal but not necessary
- Knowledge of platform and technical expertise
- Ability to take on projects/clients of higher complexity/strategic logos
- Working with multiple resources across regions
- Strong written and verbal communication within internal team
- Overseeing delegation of task allocation including estimations
