We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Major Works team at Ross and Liddell Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting our major works operations and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. Based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in enhancing our client service experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain proposed works records
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
