Job Opportunity: Experienced Medical Receptionist

Location: GP Surgery in the Borough of Windsor

Days and Hours:

- Mondays: 08:00 - 18:30
- Tuesdays: 08:00 - 18:30
- Wednesdays: 13:00 - 18:30
- Thursdays: 13:00 - 18:30
- Fridays: 13:00 - 18:30

Start Date: Last week of August (preferred)

Contract Duration: 1 Month

Computer System: EMIS Web

Required Duties:

- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to patients
- Efficiently processing and ordering prescriptions
- Managing online prescription requests and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborating with the medical team to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with EMIS Web or similar healthcare computer systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
