Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community CAMHS Navigator. As a Community CAMHS Navigator, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families in accessing the appropriate mental health services and resources. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking mental health services
- Assess the needs of individuals and families and connect them with appropriate resources
- Educate individuals and families about available mental health services and treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Assist in navigating the healthcare system and advocating for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress
- Conduct public speaking engagements to raise awareness about mental health issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in public health or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and mental health conditions
- Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to educate and empower individuals to take control of their mental health
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges

Pay: £28,566.72 per year
