To be responsible for the implementation of care as directed following the initial assessment of needs by a Registered Specialist Nurse. Reporting back to them as agreed.
To assist the Continence & Urology Nurse Specialist’s in promoting continence and supporting patients who present with a continence problem, their carers and families within the Community and Clinic setting.
Carry out all relevant forms of care, without direct supervision, and following training completed simple procedures, such as Bladder Scanning.
Part time - 22.5 hours per week.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
