The role offers extensive EMEA crossborder (to Europe and the US M&A deal experience within a fast paced and highly successful US boutique.

**Key tasks**
- Origination and execution of sell & buy-side M&A transactions across the FIG universe
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact with clients, providing strategic and M&A advice
- Core responsibilities include, due diligence on the industry and company, valuation analysis, preparing marketing materials, drafting
transactional documentation and announcements
- Assist with/ oversee client take-on
- Manage and assist with the preparation of financial models and business valuations, including using DCF, merger and LBO models
- Assist in origination efforts through preparing marketing materials /pitches to prospective new clients
- Oversee work of analysts and interns assigned to specific projects

**Requirements**:

- A proven background in FIG, from Investment banking, Corporate or Big 4
- Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
- Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
- Project management
- Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Team work
