As Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Supply chain Executives (as part of the wider supply chain function), ensuring functional team excellence which includes order processing, inventory support, customer query management. Yourteam are the face of Gama Healthcare to the external customer. In addition to team management, we will draw on your experience of driving both efficiency and effectiveness in Operational Performance (Service, Quality & Cost) and continuous process improvement.

Above all, ensuring Gama’s customers receive World Class Customer Service The role is based out of GAMA’s HQ in Hemel Hempstead, Herts with hybrid working.

**What will you do?**

Support sales growth strategy:

- Lead the strategic development and execution of the order to cash process, developing and enhancing operational execution, Leading and Lagging indicators (KPI’S), customer supply chain collaboration and Customer partnering (Monthly customer connect) andfeedback
- Proactivity drive increased customer satisfaction and team productivity, efficiency, sustainability, and performance
- Recognising the link between supply chain execution and distribution costs, ensure the trade-off between Customer Service and Costs is optimised in line with strategy
- Work proactively as an extension of the global sales organisation to exceed customer service expectations and support sales growth. Partnering with sales as the day-to-day Customer Supply Chain arm within the Gama family

Team Management:

- Lead a team of Customer Supply Chain executives in providing a best-in-class Customer Experience, from order to cash. Driving productivity and motivation though people development, training, and feedback, whilst developing a continuous talent pipeline
- Process Improvement:

- Actively identifying continuous improvement/ cost saving and optimization opportunities across supply chain
- Develop and enhance current SAP B1 platform, with emphasis on Customer master data governance and maintenance with supporting documentation and processes

**What will you need to be successful?**
- Proven skills in leading and motivating a high performing team with a key focus on the customer
- Experience of identifying and developing appropriate KPIs and actions plans to support continuous process improvements (ideally Lean/Six Sigma knowledge)
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems ideally SAP B1
- Experience of international operations including Import and Export processes along with knowledge of logistics (warehouse and transport)
- Strong stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Financial acumen and experience of cost to serve analysis
