**We are currently recruiting for Executive PA for a 3 month interim position in Stevenage.**

**Large prestigious business.**

**This is working for a senior member of the organisation and will require you to have diplomacy and flexibility.**

**Working hours: Monday to Friday : 9am to 5.30pm - 37.5 hours per week.**

**80 % office based - may possibly be able to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Organising and managing the Directo's diary, arranging meetings and appointments, and ensuring matters are brought to the Directors attention at all times**

**Managing all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing post, and in particular confidential matters and complaints**

**To manage and prioritise the Director's mailbox and to bring to their attention any key issues which they will need to address and prioritise these accordingly.**

**To use own judgement in dealing with incoming material by initiating appropriate action and obtain advice on the appropriate response, prioritising for personal attention of the Director.**

**To ensure the smooth administration of various meetings and presentations, by arranging dates for meetings, booking venues and refreshments.**

**Attend and take minutes at meetings**

**To draft presentations on PowerPoint, collating papers and documentation.**

**To coordinator and manager company visitors in a professional manner**

**Assisting with cover of other PA's when is this is needed**

**Administrator expense claims, travel warrants and other admin tasks requested by the Director.**

**Person Specification**:
**Senior level Executive PA experience**

**Extremely competent on Microsoft Office - especially Word & PowerPoint**

**Able to take minutes**

**Excellent communication skills and ability to work to deadlines**

**Able to work on confidential matters**
