JOB TITLE: Services Administrator - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Brighton - Hybrid working of 3 days in the office 2 from home
HOURS: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday Full Time
SALARY: £23k - £25k dependant on experience
Office Angels are working on an exciting opportunity and are partnering with a rapidly growing Brighton based company. We are on the hunt for a dynamic, hands on professional who can start immediately.
**Role Responsibility**:
- Working with CRM and accounting systems to enter all orders and track information on customer status, order history, and potential delivery dates.
- Coordinate with shipping department for shipment of orders.
- Able to respond to customer queries and update and input information
- Works with warehouse team to complete administrative tasks
- Assist with reporting information and compliance documentation on Excel
- Dynamic, happy to get stuck into the business, this is an exciting time with projects and launches
- IT literate
- Professional, approachable, and committed
- Passionate about helping people and delivering great service
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Helpful, proactive, can-do attitude
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
