We are looking for a mix of full time and part time Telephone Researchers to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour. The initial position is for four weeks.
- Salary: £12.00 per hour
- Location: Hybrid between home and our London office

Our Telephone Researchers speak with members of the public to record their responses to surveys. Calls are friendly, warm and enjoyable, and we use a straightforward system to record responses.

Those who show an aptitude for telephone work will progress to Telephone Fundraiser roles. Fundraisers work as part of the Fundraising team to help deliver annual income targets and to develop relationships with individuals across the UK with the aim of raising funds and increasing the profile of our charity partners.

Full training will be provided. All we need from you is:

- Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate with supporters and colleagues with confidence and fluency, both face to face, on the telephone and online
- Excellent organisation/administrative, prioritising skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines
- Strong teamwork and good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills

Our Offer

An immediate start full or part-time, starting at £12.00. You’ll get 28 days of holiday (pro-rata for part-time staff), and will be part of the company pension scheme. Four-weekly pay, with the ability to access 50% of your wages the morning following each shift with our Wagestream platform.
