Pexel Ltd is a leading market research company, currently looking for talented multi-linguists to join our research team.
The work involves conducting telephone interviews on a variety of subjects, both with other businesses and with consumers. We provide full training on research methods, interviewing techniques, interviewing software and detailed project briefing. The role deals purely with research - no sales involved.
Essential skills:
- a high level of English fluency
- friendly and confident phone manner
- problem solving
- ability to work independently and as part of a close team
- ability to prioritise your workload
- general computer proficiency
- previous experience in customer service roles
Desirable skills:
- previous experience in research, market research or telephone based roles
This is a working from home opportunity. We are a Glasgow based company, currently looking to develop a strong team of researchers in London.
