Role Requirements
- 2 years’ work experience in inspector role within manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Engineering drawings.
- IT literate in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Internal auditor with ISO9001:2015 desirable.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Self-Starter, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Ability to engage and build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude and good attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities
- Inspection of finished products and sign off for release to despatch - checking against bill of materials, quantity, and quality in accordance with control plans and drawings.
- Ensuring any non-conforming product/components are rejected and controlled in line with operating procedures.
- Complete data entry for performance data capture and reject causation as defined within Live Order Systems.
- Test products where requested - automated air & water test equipment where appropriate
- Accurate measurement using vernier callipers and ruler to ensure products & component parts remain compliant.
- Identify any persistent product failures and causation where possible, bring these to the attention of reject meetings & contribute to Company objectives for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and monitor performance of new recruits or operators under training for control plans and data recording.
- Support Quality Department with periodic inspection of equipment under control of calibration procedures.
