**Skills Training UK **have an exciting opportunity for a **Learner Recruitment Officer **to join a national, Award-Winning Company on a permanent basis as part of the Social Mobility Teams, working on the Adult Education provision. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with interviews planned to take place from the week commencing 7th March.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Recruitment Officer plays an integral part in ensuring individuals from all demographics and communities are afforded the opportunity to engage in training and education.

The role will ensure courses are marketed and accessible to individuals, through carrying out varied activities; from following up online registers of interest to building fantastic relationships with local Job Centres and partners, to bring in a pipeline of learners.

Our environment is fast-paced, you will be working to monthly targets, providing weekly updates to the Operations Manager and being accountable for your own administration.

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, demonstrate initiative, work well as part of a team and take pride in supporting learners to engage with a course that will support their career goals

**As the Learner Recruitment Officer you will**:

- Have previous experience supporting people into work, particularly NEET
- Be a skilled communicator, and familiar with developing relationships with JCPs, DWP, local community action groups and Local Authorities
- Be a successful seller, get a buzz from exceeding targets, and be able to report effectively
- Hold a level 2 qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths

Flexibility and the ability to travel is essential, as you will be visible within the community.
