**£1000 SIGN ON BONUS.**

Are you passionate about working with young people and supporting them in achieving their career goals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learner Recruitment Consultant. You will represent the Company at careers and recruitment events, talking to potential learners about the education pathways available to them.

**You will be required to travel for this role bewteen our 2 centres Dereham and King's Lynn.**

**Person Specification**
- Passionate and vibrant self-starter
- Clear and confident communicator
- Approachable and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Confident in representing the company at external events
- Driver and access to a car
- Flexibility to attend events in the evenings and at weekends (time in lieu will be given)
- Passionate about supporting young people and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to improve their life chances through an appropriate education route

**Experience**
- Relevant experience in successfully developing relationships.
- Previous experience of working to KPI’s.
- Previous experience in an IAG or coaching role would be preferred but is not essential.
- Exceptional time and diary management is essential as you will be managing a busy schedule.
- An understanding of safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education is an advantage, however full training will be given.

**Qualifications**
- Level 2 literacy, numeracy (essential)
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- IAG Qualification (preferred)

**Salary**: Up to £27,000 pa (depending on experience & qualifications)

**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent, Mon-Fri

**Hours**: 37.5 hrs per week

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Performance Targets: 1 year (preferred)
- Apprenticeship/Traineeship: 1 year (preferred)
